Standard shipping typically takes 5-10 business days. For larger furniture pieces, our white-glove delivery service may take 2-3 weeks depending on your location.
What is your return policy for home goods?
We offer a 30-day return window for most items. Products must be in their original packaging and unassembled. Please note that custom-made or final sale items are non-returnable.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, Drivse ships to the continental United States and Canada. We are working on expanding our logistics to support more international destinations soon.
How can I track my order status?
Once your order is processed, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to our tracking portal where you can monitor your shipment in real-time.
